国务院2014年8月11日决定，任命戴柏华、许宏才为财政部部长助理；免去刘红薇(女)的财政部部长助理职务。
戴柏华简历
戴柏华，湖北仙桃人，毕业于中国人民大学，经济学博士。
1992年到财政部工作，历任财政部综合司副司长、干部教育中心主任、综合司司长，任财政部办公厅主任、新闻发言人。
